Llama
Llamas are members of the camel family and are native to South America. They come in many colors and stand between five to six feet tall weighing an average of 260 pounds. They can live at great altitudes due to their blood being able to absorb oxygen more easily than other animals. They feed on shrubs, grasses, lichens and other plants that grow on high mountains.
